Agent builder
The Agents page is the Build surface for creating and managing agents. Each agent opens into a tabbed editor.
Agent list
Section titled “Agent list”Use the agent list to create agents, find existing agents, and open agent details. If no agents exist yet, start by creating one and then fill in the required setup tabs.
Current tab model
Section titled “Current tab model”The visible agent tabs are:
- Basics: identity, prompts, opening message, language, and runtime basics.
- Knowledge: document attachments for the selected agent.
- Actions: provider-backed integrations, custom actions, built-in in-call actions, and post-session tasks.
- Controls: availability, listening behavior, and personalization fields.
- Test: focused validation for this agent.
- Distribute: Web widget, API, Phone, WhatsApp, and Webhooks channel setup.
- Privacy: agent-specific privacy behavior.
The Actions tab also owns post-session behavior when the dashboard routes through post-session pages.
Draft and publish behavior
Section titled “Draft and publish behavior”The editor shows whether an agent is active or has draft changes. Preview and publish controls are in the agent header. If preview is disabled or warns about provider readiness, complete the missing provider keys in Settings before testing again.
